bank maintenance, clerical functioning, preparation of minutes

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the efficient and reliable operation of computer systems and related peripheral equipment.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.    Utilize established web systems for document management, records management, and digital asset management to facilitate team accountability and collaboration

2.  Log, scan/digitize and upload all documents to centralized ICTMS repository for easy retrieval

3. Endure the security and confidentiality of records, particularly sensitive or confidential information. This may involve implementing access controls, encryption, and other security measures.

4.   Screen and vet all communications and official documents in concurrence with the immediate supervisor, prior to submission to the higher authorities for signature and/or action;

5.    Create and maintain records inventory and disposal report;

6.  Facilitate admin and logistical-related concerns of the office and ensure needed coordination with other OBSUs; and

7.    Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Division Head or Director

Job Outputs:

1.    Maintaining System Uptime

2.    Handle Physical aspect of running programs and tasks on the system

3.    Data Backup and recovery

4.    Records Inventory Report

5.    Updated recorded minutes of meetings

6.    Record Disposal Report

7.    Record all incoming & outgoing communications and official documents scanned to file and saved in the google drive

8.    Completely-labeled documents according to color-coding

9.    other reports as may be required

8.  Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;

9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and 

10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
