JOB DESCRIPTION

Generally, performs clerical and/or administrative functions in the Office of the Bureau Director; and does other related work. 

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Receives and records all incoming and outgoing communications;

2. Encode/assists in the preparation of confidential correspondence e.g letters, memorandum, reports etc.;

3.  Answer and make telephone calls;

4.  Prepare/monitor the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) of the Bureau;

5. Maintain database/record of office supplies and equipment

6. Prepare/encode request forms for suppliers/equipment/activities needed by the Bureau;

7. Prepares obligations request and disbursement vouchers;

8.  Files correspondences and other related documents; and

9. Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Bureau Director and/or other officials and staffs.

1. Recorded incoming and outgoing documents

2. Routed incoming and outgoing documents

3. Records management; and

4. Updated database as assigned

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;

9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and 

10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
