Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:

Monitors the encoding of grievances in the GRS application, temporary tracking and/or offline GRS application; provide resolution on the grievances referred by the NPMO or elevated to the RPMO; Provides updates on the cases referred by the NPMO until the final resolution of the cases; endorses grievances to appropriate level or office; Provide feedback to complainants for the cases referred or elevated to RPMO.
