JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direct supervision of the Director, provides administrative support and performs other tasks as may be assigned.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Receives and logs incoming communications;

2.Delivers documents/communications to different CO offices;

3.Assists in the management of DMS central files;

4.Reproduces information materials and other official communications;

5.Transmits through fax and/or email memos, letters and other important documents to FOs and other agencies;

6.Assists in encoding office communications;

7.Receives/place calls; and

8.Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Director.

Job Outputs:

1.Office memorandums

2.Updated tracking system (DSWD Enhanced Document Tracker Management System and Internal Tracker of the Digital Media Service)

3.Organized filing system

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% or 45 points of the total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE) 

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%

9. Performance Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or any of its equivalent, if applicable.
