Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Technology Management or Mathematics

Training

Eight (8) hours of training preferably about any of the following:

1.      Operating System: Windows, Linux, or Ubuntu Administration

2.      Computer Assembly and Repair / Basic Troubleshooting

3.      Database Technologies: MySQL, MSSQL/SQL Server

Experience

:

Two (2) years of experience as an Information Technology Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

Development, management, processing, and maintenance of the Listahanan database IT documentation; provision of technical assistance.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Performs data generation, name matching and other database processes;

2.Design and document system requirements for the Listahanan;

3.Document change request of existing Listahanan information system;

4.Provides technical assistance and support for IT user at Central and Field Offices; and

5.Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the IT Division Chief or the Director.

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score derived from the Education, Training and Experience (ETE)

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) or less highest rating but rating should not be less than 65 points of the total ETE, performance rating and written examination results

Final Shortlisting:

Top five (5) or less highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 75%
