One (1) slot for Project Development Officer II

 

Status of Employment: Contract of Service

Division/Program: Human Resource Management and    Development Division

Salary Grade: SG 15 (36,619)

Place of Assignment: Human Resource Planning and Performance Management Section


Minimum Qualification Standards:


Education                              :           Bachelor’s Degree Relevant to the job

Training                                 :           At least 4 hours relevant training

Experience                            :           At least 1-year relevant experience

Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

Education

Bachelor Degree relevant to the job, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Development and Management and/or other Social Sciences related courses

Project Development Officer II (HR Designate)


Job Summary:


The PDO II- HR Designate, in coordination of HRDU is responsible for the necessary administrative coordination on recruitment and maintenance of program staff status records.

 

Primary Tasks:


1.            Assess qualifications of applicants vis-à-vis qualification standard of position

2.            Conduct background information/character check to applicants

3.            Facilitate preparation of longlist/shortlist

4.            Retrieve CVs of applicants in active files, portal, walk-in, email, referral

5.            Prepare MOA

6.            Prepare/Draft regret letter to applicants who “Did not Show up” during scheduled exam and interview

7.            Schedule for interview and exam
