PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Accountancy or any degree relevant to the job 

Experience        : One (1) year of experience in government financial service

Training             : Eight (8) hours training related to either of the following:

a.      Accounting and Auditing Rules and Regulations

b.      Cash Management and Control Systems

JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, performs technical and administrative support services functions related in the areas of financial management. Prepares financial reports and maintains financial records for all funds of the Department and does related works.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Prepares Letter, Memoranda;

2.  Prepares Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC), List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable-Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA), Authority to Debit/Credit Account (AD/AC), Fund Transfer Allocation (FTA), Notice of Transfer of Allocation (NTA) and Notice of Barangay Transfer of Fund (NBTF);

3. Prepares financial reports such as Report of Checks Issued (RCI), Status of Fund Utilization and Balances, Status of Fund Releases; Unreleased Checks, Report of Fund Transfer;

4.     Handles Cash Advance up to Php1M, as needed and Prepares Liquidation Report;

5.     Consolidates financial reports of Central Office and Field Offices;

6.     Prepares Request and Issuance Slip (RIS)/Purchase Request (PR);

7.     Perform other related task as maybe assigned
