Job Description

We wish to inform you that DSWD Field Office VII, Cebu City has the following vacant positions:

(1)          Slot for Project Development Officer II (Re-published)


Salary Grade                     :           SG 15 (35,097.00)

Status of Employment      :           Permanent

Location/Office                  :           Region VII (RPMO)

Division/Unit                      :           Sustainable Livelihood Program

 

Minimum Qualification Standards:


Education      :           Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Training         :           1 year of relevant experience

Experience    :           4 hours relevant training

Eligibility        :           Career Service Professional/ 2nd level eligibility

 

Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Community Development or any business-related courses

Training

At least 4 hours relevant training in social entrepreneurship, module development, training plan and implementation or program development

Experience

At least 1 year experience in line with the social enterprise development

Skills

Computer Literate with advance knowledge in MS Office Applications, capable of preparing project proposal reports, community organizing skills, knowledge on project management.

Initial Shortlisting:    Obtain 75\% of the maximum total score on ETE and only those who obtained a High Average percentile on Initial Qualifying Test


Final Shortlisting: Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80\%
