Job Description

 

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER II

Minimum Qualification Standards:


Education                              :          Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Training                                 :          1 year of relevant experience

Experience                            :          4 hours relevant training

Eligibility                                :          Non Required

 

Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Community Development or any business-related courses and social sciences degree

Training

At least 16 hours relevant training in any or a combination of the following: stakeholder management, social entrepreneurship, business protocol and negotiations, program development, and/or preparation of contracts and legal forms or documents

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in development-related projects involving partnerships and networking with National Government Agencies (NGAs), Government Owned Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), State Universities/ Colleges (SUCs), Local Government Units (LGUs) or government offices

Skills

Capable of conducting resource-based mapping, collaborative negotiations, job-matching, and related presentation for various stakeholders
