1 SLOT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT)

Salary Grade: 8 (PhP18, 251)


CSC Minimum  Qualifications:

Education                             :               Completion of two years studies in college

Training                                 :               Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience                          :               One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility                               :               Career Service (Sub-professional) / 1st Level Eligibility

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Education                             :               Bachelors Degree Relevant to the JOb

Training                                 :               Four (4) hours of relevant training

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.     assists in the recruitment and selection process;

2.     Assist in the identification and monitoring of vacancies

3.     Prepares notices and publication vacant positions;

4.     Act as secretariat in the RSP process

5.     Prepares deliberation of documents

6.     Assists the section head in the implementation of DSPMS

7.     reproduces personnel forms;

8.     prepares certifications;

9.     prepares supporting papers for appointment,

10.   Maintain Database of applicants

11.   Maintain Database on the Summary of ratings

12.   prepares periodic personnel reports for submission to different concerned agencies

13.   Performs other related task as maybe assigned from time to time

CRITERIA EQUIVALENT RATING:

·         Education (E)                        25\%

·         Training (T)                            10\%

·         Experience (E)                      25\%

·         Written Examination:

·         Initial Qualifying Test                       10\%

·         Special Exam (Technical)              10\%

 

·         Competency-based Interview        15\%

·         IPCR or any related Performance Assessment Review 5\%

Initial Shortlisting:    Obtain 75\% of the maximum total score on ETE and only those who obtained an Average percentile on Initial Qualifying Test  

 

Final Shortlisting:     Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80\%
