Salary Grade: 11 (PhP23,877.00)


CSC Minimum  Qualifications:

Education                             :               Masters Degree in Psychology

Training                                 :               None  Required

Experience                          :               None Required

Eligibility                               :               RA 1080 (Psychologist)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Education                             :               Masters Degree in Psychology

Training                                 :               4 Hours of relevant Training

Experience                          :               1 year relevant experience

Eligibility                               :               RA 1080 (Psychologist 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.     Administers psychological tests, interprets, and assesses test results and provides recommendations;

2.     Presents psychological diagnosis in case conferences;

3.     Supervises the management of cases as necessary;

4.     Performs/Conducts individual and group sessions;

5.     Coordinates in the formulation of rehabilitation plans of the residents;

6.     Conducts therapeutic sessions when necessary;

7.     Testifies and appears in courts as required and deem necessary;

8.     Attends conferences, workshops, seminars, staff development and activities for professional growth;

9.     Supervises students/volunteers on field placement who observe/participate in the agency program;

10.   Acts as resource person related to psychological concerns;

11.   Performs other-related tasks as may be assigned by the Center Head

CRITERIA EQUIVALENT RATING:

·         Written Examination:

·         Initial Qualifying Test                       10\%

·         Special Exam (Technical)              10\%

 

·         Competency-based Interview        15\%

·         IPCR or any related Performance Assessment Review 5\%

Initial Shortlisting:    Obtain 75\% of the maximum total score on ETE and only those who obtained an Average percentile on Initial Qualifying Test  

 

Final Shortlisting:     Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80\%
