1 SLOT FORÂ SOCIAL WELFARE ASSISTANT

Salary Grade: 8 (Php18,251.00)
CSC Minimum Qualifications:
Education                            :              Completion of two (2) years studies in college
Training                               :              Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience                         :              One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility                              :              Career Service (Sub-Professional) / 1st Level Eligibility
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant experience
Experience: At least one (1) year of experience relevant to implementation of social welfare programs and services with exposure to case management
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)
 Duties and Responsibilities:
1.    Conducts interviews to clienteles;
2.    Provides psychosocial interventions such as counseling and family conferences;
3.    Prepares project proposals, social case study reports, monitoring, assessment reports;
4.    Conducts case conferences;
5.    Refers clients to concerned LGUs, NGOs, and POs for further intervention and assistance;
6.    Assists social worker in her work load and management of cases;
7.    Monitors projects per beneficiaries;
8.    Coordinates with LGUs, NGOs, POs and GAs;
9.    Performs clerical functions.Â
