JOB SUMMARY:
Develops and maintains an integrated system that will harmonize the existing databases of the KC-
NCDDP-AF. Creates an integrated dashboard for a harmonized monitoring, analysis, and management of
program data. Creates back-up files and ensures data security.
JOB OUTPUTS:
1. Integrated system;
2. Dashboard(s) and tracking system(s);
3. Back-up files;
4. System bugs fixed; and
5. Users’ account managed
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
a. Provides technical assistance to M&E Officers, ACTs, and other concerned units in the use of the
integrated system;
b. Collaborates with the M&E Unit, and other concerned units, in setting criteria for data-processing
and visualizations;
c. Creates an integrated system encompassing program databases;
d. Formalizes ad hoc tools initiated by the different units and harmonizes into the integrated system;
e. Fixes bugs and system errors;
f. Manages the overall operations of the system, including the users’ accounts and their access to
the system;
g. Regularly creates external back-up files; and
h. Performs other related functions and creates other tools as needed by the program.
