JOB DESCIPTION:

 

  • Establishes, develops ans sustains partnership with CSOs to augment the supply side requirements and address supply side gaps of the Program.
  • Assists CSOs in the DSWD registration, accreditation, and licensing process.
  • Monitors and evaluates implementation of the partnership agreements together with the corresponding CSOs.
  • Documents the process and outcome of all monitoring and evaluation (M&E) conducted. Maintains files of all M&E documents.
  • Coordinates with NPMO-IPD and the provincial, city, and municipal operations offices (P/C/MOOs) regarding partnership updates.
  • Maintains a databank of all partnership agreements with CSOs at the national, regional and local levels to ensure alignment, complementation, and equity in supply side provision.
  • Sustains CSOs engagement using the Bantay, Tulay, Gabay, and Kaagapay framework.
  • Conducts program orientation and capacity-building activities for field operations personnel, partner CSOs, and stakeholders at the local level.
  • Assists P/C/MOOs in coordinationg and building partnership with CSO networks.
  • Coaches field staff in identifying, initiationg, and building partnerships with CSOs at the local level.
  • Communications national and regional level policies, guidelines, and agreements.
  • Assists city and municipal links in the conduct of ploicy consultations and dialogues at the local level, when needed.
  • Attend partrnership meetings at the local level to provide technical assistance to MLs and SWAs, whenever necessary.
  • Documents best practices in program implementation. Disseminates the document to the provincial and municipal operations staff for learning and application.
  • Maps CSO partners providing support services to the conduct of Family Development Session (FDS) for the Program beneficiaries.
  • Assists Municipal Links (MLs) in the orientation and training of CSO partners on FDS.

 

  • Monitors and evaluates implementation of FDS and the CSO partners.
  • Conducts coordination meetings to discuss and address issues and concerns regarding FDS implementation.
  • Prepares and submits accomplishment reports on CSO engagements to the Regional Office, NPMO-IPD, and other pertinent offices.
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Regional Program Coordinator and the Regional Director.
