Job Description
 Core Functions Provides administrative support for in-house training at the RPMO and SRPMO level. Prepare, administer, consolidate, and analyse results of training needs assessment (TNA) and pre and post training evaluation, under the guidance of the RCBS Update and maintain training databases. Ensure proper documentation of training activities, and prepare training reports following prescribe formats and procedures. Primary Tasks:   Prepares training proposals. Assess administrative and logistics requirements for training activities, and ensures these are adequately provided. Coordinates with the regional finance team for funding needs of training activities. Monitors training activities, gathers participant feedback especially appropriateness and relevance of training design, quality of trainers, etc. Encodes data into training databases. Prepares TORs of training providers, for review by the RCBS, and approval by the RPM. Assists the RCBS in monitoring  and evaluating training provider’s performance Performs other administrative functions as may be necessary in the delivery of NDD training services to SRPMOs, ACTs, program partners, and service providers.
