JOB DESCRIPTION | |
Under general supervision, performs clerical functions; and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Receives, records and endorses outgoing and incoming communications. 2. Types/encodes and files communications, reports, proposals, checks, vouchers, RIS/PR, among others. 3. Maintains office reports and other documents. 4. Reproduces official communications/documents for dissemination to other Divisions. 5. Interviews and screen persons seeking assistance from the Head of Office. 6. Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
