Job Description
a. Initiate formulation of the FO results framework and M&E Plan;b.Consolidate,review,analyze and package the assessment report of the F.O;c.Facilitate the submission and approval of the FO Results Framework,M&E Plan, Assessment Reports;d.Lead the conduct of meetings and/or workshops necessary in the attainment of expected outputs;e.Serve as secretariat of the RCMET which serves as a venue for M&E discussions in  the region; andf.Facilitate the review of FO-initiated research proposals and provide necessary technical assistance to research proponents.
