 ·         Provide intermediate to advance services to all SIPAG areas of implementation;

·         Manage and maintain network infrastructure being used in SIPAG areas of implementation;

·         Assist in the implementation of ICT service management and business continuity management policies for SIPAG/SPSI Information System;

·         Serve as service support engineer for the maintenance of all SIPAG/SPSI end-user computing assets;

·         Perform configuration management guidance to SIPAG/SPSI and end-users;

·         Maintain the configuration management database of all SIPAG end user computing assets;

·         Manage the deployment of desktop software including standard operating system, office productivity and client security;

·         Provide second tier technical assistance to SIPAG/SPSI end users;

·         Participate actively in DSWD ICT governance;

·         Submit monthly accomplishment report to the field office and central office, and
