Job Description
We wish to inform you that the DSWD-National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions with details as follows:
Position : Two (2) Project Development Officer II (Project Monitoring)
Place of Assignment : Sustainable Livelihood Program
Salary Grade : 15
Compensation : Php 24, 887.00
Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training : Four (4) hours relevant to the job
Experience : One (1) year relevant to the job
Eligibility : Civil Service Professional/ Second level eligibility

2. Updated Resume and Personal Data Sheet with detailed job description/functions and must indicate character references.
3. Photocopy of the following:
· Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (if applicable)
· Transcript of Records and Diploma
· Certificate of trainings/seminars attended/ employment
· Valid PRC Report of Rating and License (if applicable)
· Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)
Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (January to December 2014):
Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered disqualified.
