1.        Position Title                 :          Project Development Officer II

                                                (Monitoring and Evaluation Officer)

Number of Vacancy          :             One (1)

       Salary Grade                  :         15 (Php 24, 887.00)

       Location                         :          Regional Program Management Office

       Reports to                      :          Regional Project Manager

    

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

Education                       :          Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work or

Allied Social Science Courses

Experience                      :         One (1) year of relevant experience

Training                          :          Four (4) hours of training

Skills                              :          Computer Literate

 

 

Competency Requirements:

 

Ø   Program Monitoring and Evaluation

Ø   Pantawid Pamilya Program Fluency

Ø   Use of Monitoring and Evaluation Tools

Ø   Presentation Skills

3.      Position Title                 :         Project Development Officer I

       Reports to                      :          Regional Project Manager

Social Science Courses

Experience                      :          None Required

Training                          :          None Required

Skills                              :          Computer Literate
