Job Description

 Relative to the implementation of Pantawid Pamilya, please be informed that DSWD - NCR is inviting qualified applicants to fill-in the 5 vacant positions under Memorandum of Agreement vis-a-vis Qualifications Standard:

 

1.     Position Title               :           Project Development Officer II (City Link)

Number of vacancy     :            Five (5)

Salary Grade                :           15 (Php 24, 887.00)

Location                       :           Operations Division Regional Office

Reports to                    :           Social Welfare Officer III (Cluster Head)

Positions Supervised   :           Social Welfare Assistants

 

Job Summary

 

Administers the systems and processes for the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program in coordination with all stakeholders (partners and beneficiaries), ensuring that all units are organized and all systems are functioning at the municipal level in accordance with approved work and financial plan and standard procedures of the program.

1.     Monthly Accomplishment Report

2.     Quarterly Statistical Report

3.     Accomplished CVS, BUS and SSA Forms

4.     Municipal Advisory Committee, Municipal Action Team

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

Education                         :          Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work , Social Sciences, Community                                 Development or Allied Sciences

Experience                        :         At least 6 months experience in community organizing for graduates of               Social Work and community development, or at least 1 year experience

 in community organizing for graduates of other courses

Training                            :          At least 24 hours relevant training in community organizing, or at least 24                                     hours training in case management
