 A.       Position                                                : Supervising Administrative Officer Salary Grade                             : SG-22 Compensation                           : Php 42,652.00   B.   Qualification Standards Education               : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Experience              : Three (3) years of relevant experience Training                   : 16 hours of relevant training   C.  Job Specific Requirements: Education               : Certified Public Accountant Experience              : Two (2) years related supervisory experience in financial management Training                   : 16 hours of relevant training (accounting, budgeting, financial planning/ management)   Job Summary:   Assists the Finance Specialist in monitoring cash grant management. Supervises FA III assigned to cash grants – payroll.   Job Description: ·         Updates, consolidates, and reviews 4Ps cash grants mode of payment submitted by Regional Offices. ·         Supervises the generation of Cash Grants Payroll Files to be used by the DSWD Field Workers and the DSWD Service Provider. ·         Supervises the distribution of payroll files to the Regional Offices and to the DSWD Service Provider. ·         Coordinates with LBP/Other concerned offices/ agencies regarding issues and concerns on funding and disbursements of CCT grants. ·         Recommends guidelines for the distribution of cash grants. ·         Responds to the queries regarding pay-out issues.   Deadline of application and submission of the following is on December 20, 2014. 1.     Application letter 2.     Comprehensive resume with Job Description 3.     Transcript of Records/ Diploma 4.     Certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended   If applicable, qualified applicants must also submit copy of duly signed Summary of Rating of Performance Contract Assessment for the period July – December 2013.
