Job Description
1. Conducts environmental study of the existing socio-economic profile of the target municipalities/provinces;
2. Coordinates and collaborates with LGU partners and other stakeholders in the implementation of Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP);
3. Orients potential beneficiaries, assists in the screening, validates eligibility and assists in the organization of Self Employment Association-Kaunlaran (SEA-K) groups and association;
4. Conducts of Basic Business Management Training (BBMT) to the beneficiaries;
5. Reviews, assess and evaluates the feasibility of the project/loan proposal of the beneficiaries for seed capital;
6. Prepares and submits mother proposal for fund release;
7. Validates the utilization of loan fund;
8. Attends training, evaluation and conferences regarding the implementation of the program;
9. Provides technical assistance to individual/family/group/association regarding the operation of the SEA-K projects during meetings, consultation dialogue, conferences and project visits;
10. Monitors and evaluates projects regularly once a week for the first two (2) months and twice a month thereafter to ensure sustainability of the project and repayment of loan;
11. Prepares regular and periodic reports required of the program;
Performs other tasks as may be required by the supervisors and/ or Directors.
