JOB DESCRIPTION 

Assists in the enhancement/development of regulatory policies and IEC materials; assists in the conduct of Bureau activities; processes the application for regulatory services of Social Welfare and Development Agencies (SWDAs), and Service Providers (SPs) and other regulated entities, monitors and coordinates with SWDAs, SPs and stakeholders; assists in the enforcement of regulatory functions; manages the database of the Bureau.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.  Assists in the enhancement/development of regulatory policies and IEC materials.

2.      Assists in the preparation and conduct of Bureau activities

3.      Conducts assessment of applications for the regulatory services

4.      Conducts validation and monitoring of the SWDAs and service providers

5.      Assists in the management of complaints and information of cases against erring SWDAs

6.      Manage the database of the SWDAs and service providers

7.      Prepares relevant reports along regulatory services

8.      Serves as Secretariat in various Committees/Technical Working Groups

9.      Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.

 Job Outputs:

1. Policies, guidelines, standards and tools, instrument as well as IEC materials along regulation and enforcement of compliance to standards of SWDAs and Service Providers;

2. Assessment Reports;

3. Accomplishment and other Technical Reports;

4. Certificate of Registration/ Licensing/Accreditation/Authority to conduct National Fund Raising Campaign; and

5. Updated Database of SWDAs and service providers

7. Copy of Special Order or Certification indicating the supervisory/management experience/functions signed by the HRMO or any authorized representative (for Division Chief positions only/if applicable)

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;

9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and 

10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
