Position:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III

(FIELD VALIDATOR)

Salary Grade:

9

Status of Employment:

Job Order (1 month contract)

Program:

Food Stamp Program

No. of slots/vacancies:

30 – Cebu Province

65 – Negros Province

Preferred Qualifications

Education:

At least Senior High School Graduate or two (2) years studies in College (old curriculum)

Experience:

None required but preferably with experience in the conduct of household assessment, encoding and/or validation activities

Training:

None required but must possess skills in operating computers, smart phones, and cameras

Others:

Preferably a resident of the province where he/she will be assigned; knowledgeable in local dialects; willingness to deploy in far-flung or remote areas; must be able to write legibly; team player; physically fit; good interviewing and listening skills

 

Job Summary:

 

The Field Validator shall be directly reporting to the Area Supervisor of the Food Stamp Program – RPMO. The Field Validator is expected to gather all personal information of the Food Stamp Program beneficiary and ensure that all information gathered is up—to-date, accurate, and certified correct.

The Area Supervisor is tasked to manage and supervise a set of field validators.
