We wish to inform you that DSWD Field Office VII, Cebu City has the following vacant COS positions:
TERMS OF REFERENCE
(1) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II – 3 SLOTS
Salary Grade : 8 (Php 19,744.00)
Status of Employment : : Contract of Service
Location/Office : RPMO – Cebu & SWAD Negros Oriental
Program/Division/Unit : : Sustainable Livelihood Program
Reports to : Regional Program Coordinator, Provincial Coordinator
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Receives and records incoming and outgoing documents and updates the at the Enhanced Document Transaction Management System 2.0;
2. Tracks communications and maintains a central file of documents in the unit;
3. Check emails and transmits messages to other agencies and offices;
4. Provides clerical and administrative assistance in addressing requirements in the conduct of meetings, conferences, etc.;
5. Assist in the preparation of technical reports, letters, memorandums and others;
6. Provides administrative assistance in the day-to-day section operations;
7. Follow ups/monitor documents of the centers at the Regional Office;
8. Performs other related tasks as may be required by the Project.
