JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the immediate supervision of the Procurement Specialist (Procurement Officer), the ITO I shall be responsible for all IT-related proposals, terms of references, and documents of the Beneficiary FIRST PMU.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Acts as IT Focal for the BFIRST PMU;
Assists the Specialists in reviewing IT-related proposals and terms of reference to be charged under BFIRST Fund;
Attends meetings with DSWD Proponent OBS, Development Partners, Government Agencies, and other stakeholders;
Coordinate with other ICT teams/groups on project management requirements and the performance of assigned tasks;
Preparation of all items for inclusion in the ISSP; and
Performs other tasks as deemed necessary.
Job Outputs;
Monitoring of IT-related proposals and terms and references;
ISSP-items monitoring;
IT-related correspondences; and
Feedback report, post activity reports, highlights of the meeting, etc.

2. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport size picture and thumbmark;
3. Duly accomplished Work Experience Sheet;
4. Authenticated or Photocopy of Transcript of Record and/or Diploma;
5. Certificate/s of relevant trainings and seminars attended (if applicable);
6. Certificate/s of Employment;
7. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance
8. Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID /proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC renewal license (if applicable); and
9. Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or any of its equivalent, if applicable.
