JOB DESCRIPTION 

Under general supervision, performs administrative support services functions related to the areas of financial management. Prepares financial reports and maintains financial records for all funds of the Department and does related works.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Perform clerical functions such as incoming and outgoing of financial documents and routing through EDTMS, photocopying and filling of various financial documents/reports/communications, answer telephone calls, among others;

2. Prepare List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable-Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA), Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC) and Notice of Transfer Allocation (NTA);

3. Prepare of Notice of Fund Transfer to Field Offices and transmittal letter for barangay transfer;

4. Prepare financial reports such as Report of Checks Issued, Report of Advice to Debit Accounts Issued and Report of Notice of Transfer of Allocation Issued (RNTAI);

5.  Assist in the typing of checks;

6. Assist in checking of payroll register (salaries/allowances/overtime/cost of services and other employee claims);

7.  Assist in records management; and

8. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Outputs:

1. Updated and properly maintained logbook for incoming and outgoing various documents/records/communications;

2. List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable-Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA), Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC) and Notice of Transfer Allocation (NTA);

3. Notice of Fund Transfer to Field Offices and transmittal letters for barangay transfer;

4. Report of Checks Issued, Report of Advice to Debit Accounts Issued and Report of Notice of Transfer of Allocation Issued (RNTAI);

5. Typed checks;

6. Duly check payroll registers;

7. Properly filed and photocopied disbursement vouchers with supporting documents and communications, Cash Disbursement Record, Liquidation Report, and Report of Cash Disbursement.

8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and 

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
