Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer IV shall perform the functions and responsibilities of the Budget/Procurement/Supply Officer particularly in the areas of budget preparation and planning; budget execution; monitoring and reporting; preparation of obligation requests, disbursement vouchers, purchase requests and other tasks that may need immediate action.
Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Formulates the Work and Financial Plan (WFP), Monthly Disbursement Program (MDP), Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP), and other financial-related concerns of TMS.
2. Act as the designated budget and supply officer of the office.
3. Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars/workshops on budgetary and other financial management matters.
4. Maintain records, database and financial/budget related files.

3. Requisition Issue Slip.
4. Purchase Requests.
5. Obligation Requests.
6. Disbursement Vouchers.
7. Financial Report.
8. Inventory Report.

8. Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID /proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC renewal license; and
9. Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or any of its equivalent, if applicable.
