JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision of Division Chief of the Standards Enforcement and Advocacy Division and do other related functions.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Drafting of Communication Plan;

2. Conceptualizes and designs layout for print such as advertorial print, advertisement and e-campaign materials;

3. Designs and produces various video materials for broadcast and new media;

4. Produces video documentaries, short films, and video promos for the promotion of the Bureau’s programs and services;

5. Designs and conducts pre-testing of IEC materials (copy testing and content analysis); 

6. Prepares project proposals and supervises the implementation of the projects;

7. Provides technical assistance to DSWD Central and Field Offices along IEC materials production, communication, and advocacy;

8. Manage and administer official social media accounts (if any);

9. Draft correspondences (messages, speeches, interview guides, and feature write-ups) and reports as assigned;

10. Prepares other related tasks as may be assigned by the Division Chief, Assistant Bureau Director and Bureau Director.

Job Outputs:

1. IEC materials for Advocacy of the Registration, Licensing and Accreditation of SWDAs and Service Providers;

2. Video materials for broadcast and new media in coordination of DMS and/or TMS;

3. Communication Plan, feedback and other technical reports;

4. Concept plans for events;

5. Draft correspondences; and

6. Accomplishment reports.

8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and 

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
