JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general or limited supervision of the Division Chief, provides technical assistance needed in the development and management of SWD partners as Learning Service Providers of L&D and KM.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Management of Partners

1. Establish partnerships with individuals/organizations/associations as a SWD Learning Service Providers on SWD Learning and Development (L&D) and knowledge Management (KM);

2. Serve as Focal Person of the SWD Learning Network and Pool of SWD Experts;

3. Provide technical assistance and secretarial services to the ASEAN Social Work Consortium -Ph;

4. Provide technical assistance to SWD partners, OBSUs, and Field Offices on partnership engagements along L&D and KM;

5.  Develop proposal/design and delivery capability-building activities for partners.

Monitoring and Evaluation

1.  Submit a consolidated report on the implementation of the SWD Learning Network;

2.  Monitors SWD partners’ implementation engagement/Memorandum of Agreement of SWD partners on L&D and KM;

3.  Prepare the Division’s accomplishment reports and HPMES;

4.  Evaluates the performance of partners to ensure compliance to set standards of SWIDB.

Policy and Plans Formulation

1. Provide comments/inputs on draft guidelines and other referred documents from OBSUs;

2. Develop/enhance guidelines on networking and partnership of DSWD to SWD LSPs.

Others

1.  Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the head of the Bureau.

3.      Feedback/Executive Summary Report/Minutes of Meetings;

8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and 

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.

Note: For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from public sectors, latest and duly approved Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) is required.
