JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the limited supervision of the Division Chief, the TS III handles the conceptualization, project management of knowledge management strategies, systems, mechanisms and other related programs, projects, and activities, and provides, and provides technical assistance to stakeholders along knowledge management.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.  Develop policies and guidelines along with knowledge management implementation in the Department;

2. Undertake project management on specific knowledge management process/component program, project and activity;

3. Manages/facilitates actual conduct of capability building activities related to knowledge management;

4. Provides technical assistance to Offices, Bureaus, and Services (OBS), Field Offices (FOs) and external stakeholders on knowledge management;

5.  Manage assigned KM mechanisms; and

6.  Performs other tasks as may be required by the Chief and/or the Director.

Job Outputs:

1.  Concept Papers, Policies/Guidelines/Proposal

2.   Packaged knowledge products

3.   Letters/Memoranda;

4.   Technical Assistance to OBS/FOs and external partners

5.   Reportorial Requirements.

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
