Job Description

 

We wish to inform you that DSWD Field Office VII, Cebu City has the following vacant position:

 

Sixteen (16) Project Development Officer II City/Municipal Link (Contract of Service)

 

Salary Grade                            :  15 (Php 36,619.00)

Status of Employment             :  Contract of Service

Location/Office                          :  Field Office VII

Program/Division/Unit              :  Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

Reports to                                 :  SWO III

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

 Education                               : Bachelor’ Degree in Social Work

 Training                                  : None Required

 Experience                             : None Required

 Eligibility                                 : None Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:   

 Education                               : Bachelor’s Degree Preferably Social Work,

                                                 Community Development or Allied Social Sciences

 Training                                  : 8 hours of relevant training

 Experience                             : 1-year relevant experience

 Eligibility                                 : RA 1080/Career Service (Professional) Second Level

JOB DESCRIPTION:

           

1.    Maintain and Monitor Municipal Caseload.

2.  Total Registration and enrollment- IDs, Oath of commitment & LBP Forms

3.    No. of HH’s with Cash Cards;

4.    Updated List of Schools-day care center, pre-school, elementary and high school;

5.    Updated list of health centers and health stations;

6.    No. of Parent Leaders

     No. of HH’s provided with support programs and services

     No. of HH subjected to case management intervention

     No of HH’s administered with SWDI

     No. of HH’s for graduation;

7.    Facilitate conduct of community development activities in coordination with the Municipal Social Welfare Development Office and other key stakeholders

8.  Facilitate, review and monitor submission of complaints and  grievances through the LGU Links and parent leaders and other members of the community.

9.    Prepare Supply Side Assessment results to LGU and partners;

10.  Prepare and submit reports; and,

11.  Perform other related tasks.
