Graduate of Communications-related course

Training

:

At least twenty-four (24) hours of completed training courses in conceptualizing, designing, producing IEC materials, social marketing, events management and other related training courses

Experience

:

At least three (3) years of experience on development and implementation of communication and advocacy plan and organization of social marketing and advocacy activities.

Proficient in designing, implementing and evaluating quad-media (print, broadcast, interest, out-of-home) communication and advocacy project activities; expert in online/offline editing softwares/programs and use of photo/video equipment such as cameras, microphones and lighting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision of the Division Chief, the Project Development Officer IV shall perform highly technical functions on the planning and execution of communication, advocacy, and social marketing activities; facilitate the sharing of Listahanan data; and perform other related works as instructed by the Operations Division Chief and/or Director. 

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Develops and implement communication and advocacy plan geared to increase awareness and encourage utilization of the Listahanan database of poor households;

2.Develops information, education, and communication (IEC) materials for various audiences;

3.Provides technical assistance to the NHTS to develop and implement their respective regional communication plans and other projects/activities related to advocacy and social mobilization;

4.Provides technical assistance to stakeholders regarding the process and requirements to access the Listahanan 3 database;

5.Monitors and reviews the outputs of subordinates against performance standards;

6.Updates the Division Chief on the status of division tasks regularly;

7.Provides inputs to the Division Chief in rating the performance of subordinates, identifies performance gaps and proposes staff development needs; and

8.Performs other tasks that may be assigned.

Top five (5) or less highest rating but rating should not be less than 65 points of the total ETE, performance rating and written examination results

Final Shortlisting:

Top five (5) or less highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 75%

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
