JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the immediate supervision of the Division Chief, this position is responsible for providing support for the development, testing, and maintenance of IT systems. This role involves design validation, quality testing, user support, and documenting system changes. The analyst assists in evaluating projects, providing technical aid, and fulfilling tasks directed by superiors.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Assist in the development of systems related to information technology;

2.Assist in the conduct, validation and refinement of the design of proposed;

3.Performs quality assurance test, such as, but not limited to vulnerability testing, of the existing enterprise architecture;

4.Provide technical assistance related to information systems and software development;

5.Assist in the conduct of monitoring and evaluation of information technology programs and projects;

6.Document change request of existing Listahanan information system;

7.Provides technical assistance and support for IT user at Central and Field Offices; and

8.Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the IT Division Chief or the Director.

4.Tracking/Monitoring.

Top five (5) or less highest rating but rating should not be less than 65 points of the total ETE, performance rating and written examination results

Final   Shortlisting:

Top five (5) or less highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 75%
