PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER III – 1 SLOT

Salary Grade                          :           18 (Php 46,725.00)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

1.    Supervises the over-all operation and implementation of services of the Special Project on Risk Resiliency Program for Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation; 

2.    Assess and facilitate within 24 hours upon receipt from the assigned LGUs and other sectors request for relief augmentation in coordination with DROMIC and RROS;

3.    Coordinate the distribution of food and non-food items to affected families and ensure retrieval of signed Relief Distribution Sheet of the assigned area of responsibility;

4.    Consolidates and provides assessment, analysis and recommendations to all preparedness for response, response, early recovery, rehabilitation and Risk Resiliency Plans and Reports and ensures its timely submission under its AOR;

5.    Prepare/Review proposals on Food for Work, Cash for Work, Food and Cash for Training for LGU and other stakeholders;

6.    Provides technical assistance to LGUs, member response cluster members, and other intermediaries on Early Recovery and Rehabilitation and Risk Resiliency Program through consultations, dialogues, conferences and training, peer assist and demonstration;

7.    Provide support to the assigned cluster under Quick Response Teams of the regional / provincial and city /municipal level;

8.    Act as the Alternate of the Section Head in the Disaster Response Pillar as designated;

9.    Attend and represent the section or division to committee meetings/conferences/interagency meetings;

10.  Performs other related tasks.
