JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, performs administrative support functions along personnel administration in accordance with existing policies/guidelines.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Prepares simple routinary communications e.g. letters, memoranda;

2.Computes absences, tardiness, and under time based on the DTR and monitors attendance;

3.Processes applications for leave;

4.Responds to special concerns/assignments as need arises;

5.Performs logistical functions/do errands; and

6.Does other related tasks as may be assigned.

Job Outputs:

1.Memoranda/letters;

2.Processed leave application;

3.Computed Daily Time Records (DTR);

4.Monitored Attendance;

5.Files/Records;

6.Outgoing/incoming of documents; and

7.Other personnel transaction related to leave administration.

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE) 

                                                         

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or any of its equivalent, if applicable.
