Two (2) Slots for Administrative Assistant I

Salary Grade                          :           7 (Php 18,620.00)

Reports to                               :           Regional Program Coordinator

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

 

Education

:        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information  

         Technology; or any computer related courses

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Receives, records and endorses outgoing and incoming communications;

·         Types and files communications;                  

·         Photocopy/send out and file documents;                  

·         Retrieves files in storage room and from the computer;                   

·         Participates/attend in staff meetings, case conferences, seminars and other activities;     

·         Make telephone calls to qualified applicants for an interview;                      

·         Assist in the preparation of the recruitment documentation;

·         Perform other related tasks and functions as assigned.
