JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Development Officer II shall be the focal person in coordination, monitoring and implementation of Bahay Pag-asa (BPA) construction/improvement Projects. He/she shall also provide technical support in the implementation of the Support to Bahay Pag-Asa Project.









Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinates with the DPWH on BPA construction/improvement projects;

2. Coordinates and provides technical assistance to Regional Juvenile Justice and Welfare Committees and LGUs on the implementation of Bahay Pag-Asa project/s;

3. Drafts and coordinates approval of council resolutions, memoranda, project design, guidelines;

4. Prepares reports on BPA projects;

5. Coordinates the liquidation of funds for BPAs, be it for operation or construction/improvement;

6. Assists in the consolidation of RJJWC’s quarterly regional accomplishment reports;

7. Assists and coordinates meetings with other agencies in the monitoring of agency deliverables under Comprehensive National Juvenile Intervention Program; and

8. Performs other tasks and functions as may be assigned by Division Chief, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director.










Job Outputs:

1. Reports (accomplishment, monitoring/feedback, research/data gathering);

2. Resolutions/Guidelines;

3. Project design/concept;

4. Coordinated meetings with RJJWCs. LGUs and stakeholders;

5. Minutes/Highlights of Meetings; and

6. Memoranda and letters.
