At least three (3) years of experience in community organization, community development, project management/implementation, monitoring, and capacity building

At least three (3) years of experience in the field of planning, coordination, networking, policy development, and project  monitoring and evaluation,

Job Summary:

The staff is expected to coordinate with regional counterparts, monitor the execution of project policies and guidelines, assess and address the needs of the assigned regions to deliver the required outputs.

To this end, staff is expected to conduct meetings and consultations whether face-to-face or virtual dialogue with the assigned regional NHTS and submit periodic reports to the Section Head of the Planning and Monitoring Section. Apart from the said core function, the staff is also expected to take special assigned tasks which includes but not limited to preparation of project proposals, serve as resource person and formulate M&E strategies, which could help measure outputs and outcome, consolidate and interpret national/regional data, project proposal.

Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Prepares manuals, guidelines, and other documents of similar nature relative to the management and operations of the Project;

2.Provides direct support to the NHTO staff of Field Offices to ensure achievement of its annual targets and objectives;

3.Conducts regular field visits for technical assistance and spot checks;

4.Reviews and provides recommendations to regional reports, prepares and submits regular feedback reports;

5.Serve as facilitator or resource person to training or meetings;

6.Represent the Office on inter-agency meetings/orientations; and

7.Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the Section Head.

 

Job Outputs

1.Monitoring and Technical Assistance Report;

2.Communication to the assigned Field Office such as memorandum or email;

3.Review of NHTS Semestral and Quarterly Reports;

4.Periodic Monthly Accomplishment Report;

5.Prepares or shares inputs to manuals, guidelines, and other documents related to the project; and

6.Reports on regional concerns and situations.

Obtain 80% or 48 points of the maximum total score derived from the Education, Training and Experience (ETE)

Top five (5) or less high rating but rating should not be less than 75 points of the total ETE, performance rating and written examination results

 

Final Shortlisting:

Top five (5) or less highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 85%
