Education    :       Bachelor’s Degree

administrative/clerical functions


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Under immediate supervision and performs highly skilled clerical function;

  • Performs clerical works such as typing, recording, posting and other clerical task;

  • Performs skilled clerical tasks such as preparation of certificates, endorsements, special orders, and correspondence;

  • Prepares/submits regular administrative reports (monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual);

  • Maintains monitoring reports;

  • Maintains and keeps records related to the functions and services;

  • Performs/takes minutes of staff and committee meetings;

  • Attend meetings, seminars and conferences; and

  • Performs other tasks as may be delegated.
