Education    :       Completion of two years studies in college

Training         :       Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience :       One (1) year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

Education    :       Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Development or any relevant course

Training         :       At least (4) hours of Relevant Training             

Experience :       At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, 

Organizational Development and Performance

Management

Eligibility     :       RA 1080 (Registered Psychometrician) / Career Service 

Professional (2nd level)




JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Prepares Deliberation Documents

  • Sourcing of applications

  • Administers assessment instruments (IQ Tests and Technical Exams) and prepares assessment results.

  • Act as secretariat in HR Merit, Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB)  and Regional Performance Management Team (RPMT)

  • Prepares Congratulatory letters, appointments, oath of office, certifications and PDF of the newly hired staff

  • Assists the section head in the implementation of DSWD Performance Management System (DSPMS)

  • Maintain records of Individual Performance Summary of ratings

  • Prepares certification of Performance ratings

  • Acts as liaison to the CSC and other government agency 

  • Prepares reports (monthly, quarterly, semestral, annual reports)

  • Performs other related tasks.
