  1. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II


Division/Program            :       Office of the Assistant Regional Director for Operations

Salary Grade                   :       SG 8 (Php 19,744.00)

CSC Minimum Qualification Standards:


Education    :       Completion of two years studies in college

Training         :       Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience :       One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility     :       Career Service (Sub-professional) / 1st Level Eligibility

 

Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

Education    :       Bachelor’s degree (Office Administration, Business 

Management or any Accounting Related courses)

Training         :       4 hours of training relevant to cashiering 

Experience : 1 year of experience relevant to collection and 

disbursement of government funds




JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Act as Cashier/Special Disbursing Officer and Petty Cash Custodian

  • Act as Designate Property/Supply Custodian

  • Act as Records Custodian

  • Implements retention and disposal schedules of documents and supplies/properties

  • Classify and safekeeping of relevant documents and supplies/properties

  • Facilitates procurement of supplies and properties

  • Coordinate with concerned offices such as Local Government Units, Landbank of the Philippines, Bureau of Treasury and other agencies/entities

  • Prepares financial documents such as petty cash vouchers, disbursement voucher for payments and liquidation report for cash advance

  • Performs other related tasks.
