At least four (4) hours of relevant training (Advanced knowledge on programming skills and analysis methods (preferably SQL, PHP, UML). Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Excellent in oral and written communication in English and Filipino. Ability to explain technical ideas clearly)

Experience

:

At least two (2) years of relevant experience particularly in software development, system analysis, design and implementation, programming

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the quality assurance (QA) function of the division. Identifies errors, monitors, and recommends system enhancement to the data processes in the Pantawid Pamilya Information System (PPIS). Provide technical assistance to all Regional Risk Management and Quality Assurance focal in conducting the quality assurance on the critical activities of the program.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Conduct quality assurance (QA) on the critical activities and other needs of the program;

2.Defines application problems by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes;

3.Analyze Pantawid systems periodically and provide recommendations for enhancements;

4.Develops solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions;

5.Identify and document all business, technical, product and process requirements;

6.Ensures that the context and implications of system changes are to the advantage of the Program;

7.Monitors compliance of concerned Divisions/FOs to QA findings;

8.Able to understand how present and future business needs will impact the system; and

9.Performs other tasks assigned by the National Program Director/Manager and/or Unit Head from time to time.

Job Outputs:

1.Quality Assurance (QA) reports on the following Critical Activities of the Program and provided a report with complete findings and recommendations:

a.Registration of New/Replacement Households (Listahanan data)

b.Encoded and Approved Updates;

c.Compliance Verification Data for Educ, Health, FDS

d.Households for Initial Payment (Code 21)

2.QA reports on other activities of the program (e.g., affected by the typhoon, emergency response, etc.);

3.Identified errors and provided recommendations in resolving issues in the Pantawid Pamilya Information System (PPIS);

4.Monitoring report on the compliance of concerned Divisions/FOs to QA findings;

5.Monitoring report on the progress of suggested systems enhancements on Pantawid systems;

6.Provided a complete report containing the main factual issues and occurrences with appropriate recommendation/s to be adopted in resolving the subject matter; and

7.Provided technical assistance related to quality assurance activities of the division and expressed needs of the clients.
