Bachelor of Science in Social Work with at least 20 units in Masters of Social Work

Twenty four (24) hours training on monitoring and evaluation

Four (4) years of work experience related to welfare and development field, M&E, supervisory and management

Job Description:


The Social Welfare Officer IV shall be the focal person for the monitoring and evaluation of the juvenile intervention program of the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council. 


Functions and Responsibilities:


  1. Monitoring and evaluate the implementation of the Comprehensive National Juvenile Intervention Program;

  2. Consolidate and analyze accomplishment reports submitted by the RJJWC and provide recommendations;

  3. Submit periodic report on children in detention;

  4. Submit periodic report on Bahay Pag-asa;

  5. Monitor and submit report on the status of the Congress-approved Agency deliverables which includes the accomplishments of the Regional Juvenile Justice and Welfare Committees (RJJWC);

  6. Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the Support for Bahay Pag-Asa Project;

  7. Perform other tasks and functions as may be assigned by Division Chief, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director.
