Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training on laws on case management, sectoral programs, program management and technical writing

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direct supervision of the Division Chief, will be in-charge for the implementation of the programs and inter-agency collaboration on Sectoral Programs.

Functions and Responsibilities

1.Provide technical assistance to the Field Offices relative to program implementation of the sectoral programs;

2.Develops policies, programs and/or modules;

3.Represent the Bureau and participate in the inter-agency meetings with other stakeholders and partner intermediaries;

4.Prepare various technical papers including position paper and comments to bills/policy paper, operational guidelines, research proposal, training design, concept paper and others;

5.Act as resource person in trainings, seminars, forum related to the Department’s sectoral programs;

6.Review, comments and acknowledges quarterly reports from Field Offices;

7.Responds to queries, request and referrals from DSWD’s OBSUs/Field Offices;

8.Facilitates request and referral to appropriate agencies including Phone-in inquiry, email and walk-in;

9.Attends Division/Staff Meeting;

10.Facilitates training and program review relative to the program handled; and

11.Compliance to management directives. 

Job Outputs:

1.Technical reports (e.g. feedback report, confirmation reports, acknowledgement reports, summary of agreements, etc.) submitted to the DC & BD;

2.Project proposals; and

3.Periodic reports.

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% or 45 points of the total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE)  

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
