JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary task of the Information Officer I (ITO I) under the direct supervision of an ITO II of NHTO-IT Division is to spearhead and/or assist in the development, management (review, enhancement, implementation and maintenance) of current and proposed information systems for the Listahanan. 

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Develop required system application for Listahanan;

2.Execute information system changes on the developed applications;

3.Innovate strategies in the development and/or updating;

4.Formulate and/or provide inputs in the development of IT-based policies;

5.Provides technical assistance and support for IT users at Central and Field Offices;

6.Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the IT Division Chief or the Director.

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score derived from the Education, Training and Experience (ETE)

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) or less highest rating but rating should not be less than 65 points of the total ETE, performance rating and written examination results

Final Shortlisting:

Top five (5) or less highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 75%
