JOB SUMMARY:

 

1.            Assists in the preparation of the DRMD financial statements and reports required by Management, COA, DBM, Senate, House of Representatives and other oversight agencies             

2.            Evaluates/Controls Obligation Requests and such other requests regarding DRMD;

3.            Coordinates with Accounting, Budget and NPMO regarding DRMD referrals or requests for funds;

4.            Assists the Budget Officer in monitoring of fund utilization and sees to it that expenditures are in accordance with the approved Work and Financial Plan of the FO;      

5.            Coordinates with the procurement unit regarding the status and updates of procured items;

6.            Coordinates with Budget, Accounting and Cash units for the monitoring of payments and disbursements in accordance with the accounting rules and procedures;

7.            Performs other related tasks as directed from time to time.
