Training

:

Must have at least eight (8) hours of training on Enhanced Document and Transaction Management System (EDTMS), Records Management, and DSWD’s Strategic Performance    Management   System (DSPMS), and other relevant training pertaining to the job description

Experience

:

One (1) year of relevant experience on Records Management, Clerical, Support, and Logistical Functions

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY

1.Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office (word, excel, power point);

2.Writes routine and simple communications, following standard formats, observes correct grammar and structure;

3.Knowledge in EDTMS and DSPMS is an advantage;

4.Creative, articulate and has good presentation skills;

5.Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure; and

6.With positive work attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision of the Unit Head of the Administrative Unit of Administrative Service-Office of the Director (AS-OD), performs clerical functions, performs simple but responsible sub-professional or professional work, and does other related works.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Receives, records and endorses incoming and outgoing communications;

2.Types/encodes and files communications, reports, proposals, vouchers, RIS/PR among others;

3.Maintains office records/matrix/tracking of incoming and outgoing documents;

4.Reproduces official communications/documents for dissemination to the other Divisions and Offices;

5.Provide assistance with the Performance Management System (PMS) focals on the review of the Performance Contracts and Individual Development Plan (IDP) of the respective personnel of AS;

6.Interview and screen persons seeking assistance from the Head of Office; and

7.Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time

3.Reviewed Performance Contracts and IDP

4.Organized files and records; and

5.Other communications and reports as may be required

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% of the minimum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE);

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
