ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY

1.Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, ect.)

4.Good written and oral communication skills

5.Able to work harmoniously, competently, and effectively even under pressure. Willing to work long hours, even on weekends and holidays especially during disaster response operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, performs secretarial, administrative support and clerical functions for their division/section; and does other related works.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Performs secretarial functions for the Director

2.Facilitates pertinent papers from the divisions to be reviewed and approved by the Director;

3.Route and distribute papers from NRLMB to the Central Office and all incoming mails and email;

4.Tracks, checks, and ensures completeness and appropriateness of attachments and documents (incoming and outgoing);

5.Prepares and files incoming and outgoing communications and monitor submission of reports and other documents required by the office.

6.Manages the Director’s working schedule, meetings, workshops, conferences, etc;

7.Prepares presentations, talking points and speeches;

8.Maintain file in confidential nature;

9.Facilitates receipts and timely responses of all communications for action of the Bureau Director;

10.Assists in the general functions of the Office of the Director;

11.Records in the data tracking system and releases outgoing documents to concerned OBSUs;

12.Submits reports, regular or special operations, as required; and

13.Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Director.

Initial Shortlisting:
